Aware Movement
課堂簡介

During the 60-minute class, we will practice some very simple movements to let you feel the connection between different parts of the body.

If you are an office worker with a tight body, Aware Movement can stimulate the muscles that are rarely used, help you improve your posture and tightness, and your body will become pain-free, comfortable and flexible.

If you are a sports enthusiast, Aware Movement can enhance the coherence of your movements, discover micro-movements that you usually ignore, and improve overall movement efficiency. If you suffer from frequent injuries, Aware Movement can help you identify muscle incoordination related to the injury.
