n the 60-minute class, we will mainly practice Asana and Pranayama. During the practice, we encourage you to raise your self-awareness and feel more about the changes in your body. Most of the Asanas are simple, and are suitable for junior, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Advanced practitioners can feel the relationship between each vertebrae through the simplest Asana, such as downward facing dog.
